Marco Low

With more than a decade of legal, real estate and regional experience gathered from both the public and private sectors, Marco specialises in property-focused mergers and acquisitions, as well as complex and innovative property-related transactions.

Marco graduated from the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Law, on the inaugural executive development scholarship awarded by SPRING Singapore (now known as Enterprise Singapore), and is amongst the pioneer cohort of scholars groomed by the statutory board to be future business leaders of Singapore. As corporate communications manager, Marco formulated the organisation’s strategic communications and crisis communications frameworks, and was the editor of the organisation’s flagship publication for Singapore start-ups and SMEs.

Prior to joining to StorHub, Marco was the first Asia-Pacific legal counsel of Allianz Real Estate (now known as PIMCO Prime Real Estate), and was responsible for leading the legal structuring and transaction management for all real estate acquisitions, fund establishments, fund investments and joint ventures across the region.

During his legal career, Marco was part of the corporate real practice group of Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP and Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP, where he advised on a broad spectrum of conveyancing and other real estate transactions, including collective sales, land tenders, real estate financing, development projects and leasing, across all asset classes.
